I think the mayor should give a special thanks or certificate for "above and beyond the call of duty" to everyone that was within 500 feet of the blaze. Is it legal for citizens like me to invite all the firefighters to a lunch or dinner if i want to? Considering the fuels involved I dont expect any major explosions simply because it takes a LOT of oxygen to burn that much fuel and the best it can do as a liquid is burn on and on and on...Now if they were storing large amounts of liquid oxygen, propane butane or natural gas, then yeah that would be bad Ray...
