And if we need 20 saltings/plowings and our choice is either $150,000 for half jobs or $230,000 for a job done right, then the choice is easy: you get what you pay for. If we hire a painter to paint city hall and they leave half the job unfinished do we say "yeah but we saved money" or do we not have any standards? Just because theyre no longer a Corporation doesnt mean they are no longer a company.
