		<description>Just because theyre no longer a Corporation doesnt mean they are no longer a company.  And if we need 20 saltings/plowings and our choice is either $150,000 for half jobs or $230,000 for a job done right, then the choice is easy: you get what you pay for.  If we hire a painter to paint city hall and they leave half the job unfinished do we say &quot;yeah but we saved money&quot; or do we not have any standards?</description>
